Welcome to HRMBits. By accessing this website or purchasing a license from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products & Licenses
HRMBits sells digital licenses for its HR Management Software (the “Software”) under three tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Each license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software according to the limits and features of the purchased tier (e.g., number of employee profiles, feature set, and support level), as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
2. Order Acceptance & Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a delivery email containing your license key and a download link for the Software. Digital delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address at checkout.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. License Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software or license key without prior written consent from HRMBits. Each license is valid for use within the employee/user limits of the tier purchased. Upgrading to a higher tier requires payment of the price difference.
5. Updates & Support
Each license includes free software updates and customer support for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, at the support level specified for that tier. Extended support and update plans may be purchased separately after the first year.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which provides a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions described there.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software or this Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site or Software.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, and the Software itself (including its source code, design, trademarks, and documentation), remains the exclusive property of HRMBits. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRMBits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including through unauthorized redistribution or fraudulent payment activity.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HRMBits is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
